Do you ship internationally?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item when it arrives. If it’s damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 48 hours so we can replace or refund the item.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for personal preference changes once the item has been processed. Non‑personalised items may be returned if unused.
How do downloadable files work?
For digital files (SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF, etc.), you will get instant access to download them once payment is confirmed. These are digital only — no physical item is shipped.
